Under Elizabeth’s leadership, 07 Foods has empowered over 31 smallholder farmers, provided nutritious food to 2,575 families, and trained 650 entrepreneurs in Lagos on business growth and digital tools. A strong advocate for sustainability, Elizabeth champions circular economy practices by repurposing food waste into livestock feed, reducing environmental impact while creating additional income streams for farmers.
