FELLOW

Victoria Temitope Ajayi is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chow Noodle Bar, a purpose-driven food brand that provides nutritious, wholesome alternatives to conventional fast food for busy individuals and families. Motivated by the growing need for healthier eating options, she introduced an Asian-inspired stir-fry concept that blends bold flavors with nutrition, using freshly prepared meals, locally sourced produce, and signature sauces tailored to the African palate.

Victoria’s commitment to sustainability is reflected in her strong partnerships with small-scale farmers and the adoption of eco-friendly practices across Chow Noodle Bar’s supply chain. Beyond serving customers, she is deeply invested in community impact, organizing feeding drives and leading social initiatives that support vulnerable women and children.

Amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Victoria successfully transitioned Chow Noodle Bar from a cloud kitchen to its first brick-and-mortar outlet, achieving remarkable growth through technology, innovation, and operational resilience. Her leadership demonstrates a balance of entrepreneurship, social responsibility, and adaptability.

A passionate advocate for women and children’s well-being, Victoria initiated impactful programs such as Project 100 and Project HEPHZIBAH, which address food insecurity, nutrition, and holistic community development. Her work contributes directly to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, including Zero Hunger (SDG 2), Good Health and Well-being (SDG 3), Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), and Responsible Consumption and Production (SDG 12).

Looking ahead, Victoria is developing non-fried, protein- and vegetable-fortified noodles designed to combat malnutrition while supporting sustainable community development initiatives—further reinforcing her vision of food as a tool for health, empowerment, and positive social change.
